Looking for Fun Photo Assistants

Our photo studio is currently looking for a part-time photo assistant that can be scheduled on an as needed basis. We need an on-call backup for our current photo assistant. You don't need to have previous experience or photography knowledge; all the things you'll need to know will be taught to you. However we do look for a personality that fits our studio’s unique point of view…friendly, approachable and fun.

This is an on-call, part-time job that is ongoing through the end of the year and potentially into 2020. Approximately 0-10 hours a week. Fun for someone who lives close-by Sellwood Moreland and wants a few hours of working on a creative team. You be paid as a contractor at $15 per hour.

Here's what we are looking for in the ideal candidate...

Friendly disposition that puts people at ease.
A goofy nature that delights in making people—young and old—smile.
A high comfort level with social interaction with people you meet for the first time.
Quick learner who follows directions well.
Experience with and a high comfort level being around children. MUST like kids.
Agile - Must be able to move things like furniture and props around the studio, climb up a ladder to hang backdrops and get down low to the ground during parts of a session.
Availability to work on Fridays and/or Saturdays and occasionally midweek. Hours are generally 9:30 am - 3pm.
Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
